1. Pre-sale service
A.You can get a sample to inspect the quality or send us your samples so that we make the sample for your confirmation.
2. Sale service
A. We have Strict car alloy wheel rim quality Control System.
B. Before the delivery, we support our clients to arrange the third party to inspect the quality of the goods,If mass production is not same as approved sample, we will take the fully responsibility.
C. If we do not ship on time, we will make up your loss.
3. After-sale Service:
A. Take photos or videos of the problems and send to us;
B.Send back the problem goods, or we will sent our representative for inspection.
When we comfirmed its our problem, after communication with customers, we will return the amount of problem goods, or cut this amount in next order, and make new production and sent immediately, or sent together with next order according to customers’ requirement.
Q1: How to gurantee the wheel quality?
A: All of our products conform to standard, undergo rigorous impact test, cornering fatigue test, radial fatigue test ; Our factory is certified.
Q2: What information should I provide for a quotation?
A: Usually we need know : car model and the wheel size , PCD , CB , ET(offset) ,color and order quantity to make a correct quoation for you.
Q3: Do you accept OEM or ODM order?
A: We accept OEM, ODM with customer's logo, wheel design and packing design.
Q4: How to deliver your wheels?
A: We cooperate with very reliable shipping company and agent, if you dont have your own agent, we can help you and give you suggestions and the most economic way for shipping by sea or by air, you can choose pickup wheels from the nearest port or at your shop
